Svetlana Nurmukhametova is a trail and skyrunning athlete competing internationally under neutral status as an Individual Neutral Athlete.

Despite having a relatively limited international racing profile before her breakthrough season, she quickly became one of the most talked-about competitors on the Merrell Skyrunner World Series circuit.

Nurmukhametova is known for her ability to close gaps during the latter stages of a race. Her endurance and powerful finishing speed make her particularly dangerous when courses become increasingly demanding.

Back-to-back international victories at the Kailas Penang Skyrace and Yading Skyrace established her as a serious contender within the women’s field.
